1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of 111 Technologies OÜ ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Student," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
111 Technologies OÜ provides React development training services including:
- React Fundamentals training programs
- Advanced React Patterns courses
- React Ecosystem Mastery programs
- Corporate training solutions
- Individual mentorship services
- Job placement support
3. Enrollment and Payment
3.1 Enrollment
Enrollment in our programs requires submission of a completed application and payment of applicable fees. Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by the Company.
3.2 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before program commencement unless alternative arrangements are made
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- All payments are non-transferable
- Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation Before Program Start
- Full refund: 14+ days before program start
- 50% refund: 7-13 days before program start
- No refund: Less than 7 days before program start
4.2 Cancellation After Program Start
No refunds are provided once the program has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at the Company's discretion.
5. Student Responsibilities
- Attend all scheduled sessions or notify instructors of absences
- Complete assigned coursework and projects
- Respect other students and instructors
- Provide accurate contact and background information
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary course materials
- Use course materials for personal learning purposes only
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Course Materials
All course materials, including but not limited to lesson plans, code samples, presentations, and documentation, are the intellectual property of 111 Technologies OÜ and protected by copyright laws.
6.2 Student Work
Students retain ownership of their original projects and code created during the program. However, the Company may use anonymized student work for promotional or educational purposes.
7. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Treat all participants with respect and professionalism
- Avoid discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behavior
- Maintain a collaborative and supportive learning environment
- Follow academic honesty and integrity standards
Violation of the code of conduct may result in program dismissal without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.
9. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Estonia.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
